ZCTF-1200L thermocouple calibration furnace has independent temperature control system. The temperature setting, heating, stabilization, etc. can be completed through simple menu operations. It is widely used in testing and laboratory calibration of base-metal thermocouples and noble-metal thermoelements.
ZCTF-1200L adopts dual-zone heating design. The heater is embedded in a refractory ceramic fiber material to form a set of two-piece heating components. The use of dual-zone temperature control technology achieves excellent stability and improves the heating efficiency. At the same time, high-performance Type-S thermocouple is used for control to keep the stability and accuracy of long-term high temperatures operations. ZCTF-1200L uses excellent insulation technology to avoid potential safety problems caused by the leakage when operating at high temperature. The calibration furnace also uses high-performance thermal insulation materials to ensure the safety of the temperature of the thermocouple furnace shell, especially for long-term use.
